1, Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipping methods: 

- We will deliver the goods to you by post at the address of the consignee that you registered when ordering.  

Delivery times:

-If you make an order in Hanoi (applicable to Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Thanh Xuan, Hai Ba Trung, Cau Giay, Tay Ho, Hoang Mai districts) and we have the items in stock, you will receive the product during the day (for orders in the morning or afternoon) or under 24 hours (for orders after 17:00).

- For suburbs of Ha Noi (including Long Bien, Ha Dong, Bac Tu Lien, Nam Tu Liem, Thanh Tri, Gia Lam districts) or towns, we will send the item to you from 24 to 72 hours after receiving payment.

- With other provinces, the product will be at your place from 48 to 96 hours after we receive the payment.

- Shipping times may vary during holiday seasons and public holidays.

Shipping costs:

- FREE SHIPPING is facilitated by Thu Huong lacquer and will generally reach an address within Ha Noi city.

- Shipping charges are determined by the volume or weight of the product and your location.

2, International Shipping:

Shipping method: 

- We will deliver the goods to you by UPS or TNT at the address of the consignee that you registered when ordering.  

Delivery time:

- With express delivery, your item will be at your location like the estimated ship times below:
+ Asia Pacific: From 3 to 5 business days.

+ Europe, America, Africa: From 7 to 10 business days.


- You will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking number when a label has been created for your shipment.

- Items in stock will typically ship out in 2 to 3 days for packing.

- Delivery delays may occur due to following reasons:

+ Big amount of orders.


+ During holiday seasons and public holidays.


+ System problem from shipping carrier side.

- Orders shipped outside the Viet Nam can be subject to customs controls for tax import.
